And now we're handfasted onstage. We applied the rings with our free hands. Our parents, in keeping with Gallifreyan custom, did step forward beforehand and say the magic words, "I consent and gladly give." as the Time Lord Parents. Our own lines were simpler still after a fashion. "I have. I do. ...and I will." Past present and future, baby! Yeah!
